I'd like for someone to check logs to be sure that Max Stone was ICly informed of the happenings down in the cave during event, and that he roleplayed every last bit of his entry into Don Jones (or Jack Cain's) claim at the time of.

Also, worth nothing - Don had a dog, a german shepherd who would've attacked Max on the entry in his home. It's unlikely it would've survived. If it was not forced, I'd like for someone to figure something out on this. It's kinda powergamey otherwise.

The event on 10/23/2020 started at 5PM EST and ended at ~11PM EST.

Max Stone logged in at 11:58PM EST, logged out immediately, then logged back in at 12:04AM EST. He logged off at 2:20AM EST.

The first interaction he had was ~8 minutes after logging on with Max and Corey in the clinic after they brought Nat back from the mine. It was small talk. At 12:17AM EST, Max Stone radio'd Monroe Security asking how the others were in the mine. By this point, everyone had already returned. He radios' again at 12:30AM EST.

He ran into Rook later and he told him what he heard happened in the mine. Nowhere in the logs does Max Stone discuss the events at the mine with anyone. The only interactions he had before Rook were with Max and Corey.


At 1:36AM EST, Max Stone reunites with Constantine. At 1:38AM EST, he tells Constantine he did a no-knock warrant on Don's home. There is no RP in the logs for this so-called no-knock warrant. This is a violation of the robbery rules.


He also metagamed by finding the Brighton frequency on Don's radio. Max Stone is not a Head and would not have been given access to the sensitive information Monroe has on Brighton. He read the frequency's name on the mechanical radio and took the information from there.
TL;DR: Max Stone was never briefed on the events in the mine. Max Stone broke into Don's home, robbed him blind, and did not RP any of it. Max Stone metagamed the Brighton frequency on Don's radio. This powergaming, metagaming, and a violation of the robbery rules.

As per the rules, the robbery should be voided and the items returned, as well as any roleplay pertaining to the metagaming. This is difficult, however, due to the large amount of metagaming that took place that night. Senior Staff can discuss what to do more in-depth.

I'd like to also add that my walkie-talkie was not hidden under shit, I had it sitting atop my nightstand in the open cuz', yeah.
