The following rules apply to all admins, including owners. These are in addition to the normal server and forum rules, which are expected to be followed as well:
1.) Leaks - Leaking information to non-admins is strictly prohibited. This goes for lore items, player tickets, admin discussions and anything otherwise not considered general public knowledge. This includes paraphrasing and 'hints'.
a.) An exception is made for the Lore Master ONLY and ONLY in regards to lore items as they see fit in order to foster roleplay.
2.) Lore Items - All lore, map and NPC characters/villains must have express written permission by the Lore Master prior to moving forward. It only takes a moment to notify the Lore Master and get the green (or red) light. If the Lore Master is offline, then admins are expected to use patience and wait. This includes, but is not limited to:
3.) Behavior - Admins are expected to set the example to other players on how to behave in server and in the forums. I understand that we are all volunteers here, and it can be very frustrating at times dealing with players or server issues. But if you need to, vent inwardly to the team, and not outwardly to non-admins regarding server related items.
We are the coaches, the CEOs, the leaders of the server, so if we can't follow the basic server rules, how can we ask players to do the same?
This list is our first pass at making things more official, as historically admins have had to learn on the fly. Failure to follow these rules will result in warnings, up to and including removal from the admin team.
If you have any doubts when your looking to do something, please check with the team first, or Lore Master if it's lore related.
