***It sounds like the voice of the minister***
Citizens and visitors of Monroe,
About half a month ago, we mobilized volunteers to venture forward in a treacherous area to rescue our scouts and all their other victims in captivity. In our efforts to save the lives of many -- we lost two of our dear security members, Nathan Franklin and Tobias Johnson. We managed to beat back the Carl Miller gang from their encampment and extracted all the captives safely including the son of the former Chief of Scouts. Moving forward, we will be ramping up our training in the militia in the defense of our home, and if anyone suspects or knows any pertinent information regarding the Miller Gang it is your duty to inform Monroe's leadership and security forces. Needless to say, traveling is discouraged due to the Miller gang running rampant accompanied by sightings of monsters in the area.
