Toby is best described as "charismatic". He can be friendly when he wants to be, but equally abrasive given correct circumstances. He's a bit of a joker and always makes light of a situation, especially when it's least appropriate. Generally speaking, Toby is a blunt and outspoken person that puts his all into any situation he finds himself.
Character Motivations
Lacking an overarching motivation, a large parts of Toby's goals involve a "fuck it" somewhere in the mix. He's a spontaneous person, and his ideas for himself are no different. Sometimes he has a plan, others he doesn't--whatever the case, he just wants to have fun.
Physical Appearance
A scraggly man, Toby stands at approximately 6'2" and weighs around 190 lbs. His blond hair is usually messy and kept short. Typical attire consists of a black vest with a white long-sleeve shirt underneath. Baggy brown cargo pants are standard as well.

Biography
Life for Toby Baron before the apocalypse is irrelevant now. He may have been a simple blue-collar worker at one point. Maybe a plumber. A chef, perhaps. However, the only thing he is now is a pragmatic survivor--one that does whatever he wants and doesn't care how others think about it.
When the apocalypse began, Toby spent the majority of his time group-hopping in order to survive. His typical method would be to leech of a group up until the point they got tired of him, at which point he would bail and wander until he found another such group that he could take advantage of. Eventually, this process took Toby to finding a "flock" of Crows members. Among the members of this particular flock was a man named Don Jones. Although the two entered the group under completely different circumstances, the two quickly began to see eye to eye on many things, particularly on how dumb they thought the direction of the group itself was going. Eventually, a split within the group caused both Toby and Don to go their separate ways, splitting off from the core flock, though they did agree to meet up again at some point in the future. Toby was a part of another small group in the meantime before his eventual meet up with Don, but unfortunately everyone had a heart attack and died, so he inherited all of their stuff. Now, Toby travels into the barrens to finally reunite with his old pal.
