What lore information would you like to be authorized to know?
That the Monroe Rangers have very small presences in the cities of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. And Detroit, Michigan. Both derived from an expedition initially sent out to weaken the Monroe Rangers mechanically to help with server balance. This has birthed the concept of someone else's Character and I'd wish to have authorization to keep this Canon to a degree. As it stands im fine tweaking the current reasoning behind there being no outside help from these two isolated groups.

Hi, I'm willing to work with you to keep some of this canon, but as it stands I know little (if anything) about the Monroe Rangers. In the last encounter I had with them the only actual members were people inside of the town itself. I'd like for you to give me a semi-detailed write-up of everything you've done (from leaving Monroe, to recruiting, to your reasoning for expanding into those areas). I am also obligated to mention that certain movements into certain areas may bring consequences from other world factions who may have had similar intentions or vested interests in the aforementioned areas.

TLDR; I need from you:
1. Detailed History of the Monroe Rangers
2. Recruitment Methods (as well as recruitment locations)
3. Laws, values, and so on.
4. Chain of command.
5. Monroe Ranger's capital (I figure it's the on-map Monroe, I just have to ask for this for documentation purposes.)
6. Goals
7. What you would like (or prefer to estimate) the active count of the Rangers to be world-map wise. | (This will need to be kept reasonable to the number of active people in your capital or home-base. Monroe in The Barrens currently only has little over fifty-or-sixty active residents between security, other positions, and the elderly.) This will give me something to work with in terms of numbers, and we may be able to meet each other in the middle.

On another note, I am willing to offer you Monroe Ranger A-NPCs as I have members of The Coalition. The rules page on this will be posted at some point in the near future (a lite-version will be posted on your Roster page on the discord if you choose to go that route) but we are not offering very many to start, and given your affiliation with Monroe, I may have and look at it in the same field as we do the Monroe Security force (Think of them being merged, more or less) in how we structure it. These will not be highly trained, expert A-NPCs but will be able to level up as you bring them on more events, side events, and so on.

Additionally, El Cid mentioned to me in staff chat that you've established a group of cannibals in another off-map location, as well as warlords. I don't mind leaving these vague, I would like some additional information on them though. That way we can look and consider bringing them on-map for future events to further increase cohesion between your lore authorization request and the on-map happenings.
