Character Name
Crystal Chen
What sort of authorization do you want?
Background Contacts
Which background contacts would you like to request authorization for?
Crystal's relationship with a small city of survivors who reside in the centre of Philadelphia, where they have formed a state. Lead by a President Simpson, they are familiar with Crystal due to her previous work as a travelling food vendor. They are looking to work with Monroe with the hopes of seeing more miniature societies form across the broader region, and as such they will have an embassy in Monroe and vice-versa. They will also send a small group of workers to help Monroe with further expansion.
Furthermore, she will also be able to entice more merchants from Brighton into Monroe. They will operate as a group of NPCs in the marketplace called 'Yasmin's Caravan', named after their leader, who will take up residence in Monroe.
