Title: Support from the traders that left Monroe
Hey Pika.
You offered to help with Monroe stuff (thank you!) and I thought of something that you might be able to help us with. :)
It's related to the traders that left Monroe, and currently have their trade hub outside of town. Terry wants to use bringing them back into Monroe as a supporting point of her campaign.
I'm imagining Terry has a pretty good relationship with the traders - she's frequented them and still frequents them often as part of her work being Monroe's butcher. She's traded with them a lot.
Conversely, I'm imagining Crystal doesn't have a very good relationship with them. She invited the Millers into Monroe, which made them all leave, and which I imagine has caused a pretty big rift in their trust inMonroe.
I would like to establish that Terry IC has talked with the traders about the election. She's told them that she wants to bring trade back to Monroe, and is trying to convince them that, as Minister, she'll make Monroe a safe trade hub again. She's offering them this deal:
If they help her win the election, by letting Terry use their support in her campaign, Terry will give the traders:
* Once elected - A safe Monroe where no criminal gangs will ever be allowed, including the Millers.
* 40 gold each (paid in advance)
* Once elected, Terry will use her position as Minister to help find people for hire that can help protect the traders when they're on the road. Terry suggests some of the 40 gold could go towards that.
What would they respond? Is this something you'd be able to help with?
