Approved Refugee NPCs

Hello! I am here to inform and also ask for a green light on a NPC movement. I want to have Jouska's refugees NPCs that are done with Monroe, who are Barb, Jenny, Doreen and a female nurse that still requires a name and a background - I will give those to her. Of course Jouska agrees to hand this NPCs and keep the ones that might go back to Monroe.

Another NPC I wanted to request is Henry Lansky - ak 'The Good Henry' - given he poofed into thin air when Fort Harris kicked out all of the war refugees without an authorization to stay.
