Biography
Cleo doesn't have much recollection of what life was like before the outbreak. Rochester natives, her parents joined the Coalition and enlisted in the Rangers during its infancy (though I guess it wasn't much of a coalition back then.) Cleo joined up around the time she turned 20; it only felt natural that she follow in her parents' footsteps. Currently, she's serving as a Combat Engineer assigned to callsign Athena in Nunavut, Canada. The chances she'll ever return home to Pittsford are slim to none. But maybe, just maybe, she'll come out of this alive.
Would you like your character to start with any skills?
Aiming: 5; Electronics: 7; Mechanics: 6; Reloading: 5
