Biography
Aaron Walsh was born in 1979, to a family of 3, as the youngest sibling. He grew up in a what basically amounted to a log cabin quite a distance from the nearest town, and was forced to learn to survive in the wilderness by his father, who believed that being able to survive on your own was what really made a man. He had an older sister, Melina, who was born with a sickly disposition, and his older brother, Robert, who he always looked up to as being very smart. Robert fought with their parents often, and convinced them to let the siblings go to a local school, despite being a distance away. After this, they slowly grew distant, with his brother getting other friends at school with his high grades, while Aaron often had to stay at school to help his father with his work and missed classes frequently.
Eventually, a divide between Robert and the rest of the family grew wider, as he eventually decided to leave the family to pursue education, while Robert ended up staying with his father to take up a job as a park ranger even after managing to barely graduate from high school. A couple years later, his sister got married to a stranger and moved out of state, and he stayed home with his parents, out of guilt for not wanting to leave them alone, and simply inertia.
Years later, Duncan was sent to his families old home by Robert, who didnt even ask aaron, and instead just went straight to Harry and Meljean, who accepted the offer with delight. Aaron was furious at this, because despite doting on him, his parents seemed uninterested in actually raising him and teaching him, instead quickly resorting to beating him after he was unable to understand and remember things. This led to all of which duties fell upon himself, who had already had a full plate with work and taking care of his parents. Eventually however, he grew to love Duncan like his own son, and raised him as best as he could, despite being guilty about not being able to send him to a local school like himself.
Eventually though, he had had it. His parents were slowly getting worse, ailing and naggy, Duncan was a brick wall, as much as he loved him he was still a mental drain most of the time, and he was also starting to regret his occupation, despite being raised into it by his father, he never really grew to love nature like his father or nephew seemed to. Eventually, when Duncan grew to be an adult and he was assured he could at least take care of himself and his parents, he left his home to join the Marines.
He spent the next 7 years in service up until the present day.
