Biography
Anya was born in Pittsford-More specifically, the upper class districts. Her parents traveled around a lot but never quite left the city itself, having multiple homes in several places. Anya was quite curious why that was, but her child-self did not ever question it. Her father and mother both were important political figures, so perhaps she eventually connected the dots herself.
Either way, her life remained suprisingly almost the same when apocalypse hit.The same routine, now with just more security and a higher standing in the eventual post-apocalypse. She learned how to shoot, then learned how to shoot accurately-Not from her parents, but rather from the son of a guard who she sometimes snuck out to visit. With each visit he would talk about the city, and places she's never seen.With each visit, she grew more enamoured.
On her 18th birthday she ran away with that boy, now her boyfriend-They stumbled and starved for quite a bit, not really having any idea for their futures...Until a curious eye spotted them and offered a 'test' job-Smuggling.
Anya proved to be a natural, and along with her partner they proved to be quite good at staying out of the eye of authority, eventually falling into a very dangerous but comfortable routine of taking jobs and living from delivery to delivery.
Until six month ago. They got seperated, she lost her eye, and he dissapeared from any hideout they shared. Not wanting to assume the worst outcome, Anya continued her job with hope that she will eventually see him again...
And now, she is stuck between a rock and a hard place. The shipment she was supposed to deliver is suddenly gone from the agreed on location, and coalition forces are closing in, on both the ones who deserve it and on ones who don't. Seeing no other way out, she'll do what it takes to keep the people safe-Feeling somehow responsible for this whole thing.
