Biography
Before the fall, Ambrosia Grossman was a civil engineer working for a small town in Virginia. Married with two children and a hard working career woman, she was out on a business job when the infection spread through the country. When she was finally able to make it home, her kids and husband were gone, with only traces of where they went. She gave up finding them after a couple years of wandering.
By the current year, Ambrosia's found her way onto the vessel, serving as a level head and voice of reason in times of hardship, effectively one of the crew's "Mom's". She isn't great with weapons and usually lets others do the hard fighting, but she'll pick up a weapon when she needs to.
