Personality
Thomas is a rather outgoing person, he looks out for his brother specifically, he is not too fond of people he doesn't know and usually judges them on a first meeting basis. His main goal during the early stage of the apocalypse would be to try and escape with his brother, be that be to the north of the south.
As a Texas ranger he does not condone random acts of violence and stealing, if he catches someone stealing or being violent towards him or his brother, then he would act in a way which would correspond to the law if possible, even if that means using lethal force.
Physical Appearance
Thomas Carlisle is roughly 6'2, he has short cut brown hair and would usually be seen sporting a suit, he has blue eyes and is well built, due to the nature of the job he does, he must be in a good form of physical shape in case of any physical confrontations he would come into.

Biography
Tommy Carlisle was born in Austin, Texas on the 23rd of August, 1992 to Robert and Lucille Carlisle. He was the youngest of three siblings, Susanne, the oldest - and Frank, his older brother by three years. Growing up, Tommy picked fights wherever he could - landing him and his brother in a lot of trouble in their early years.
On his eighteenth birthday, Frank and Tommy rented a pair of Harley Davidson motorcycles, touring the state across the weekend. Shortly after this, Tommy heard about the death of his long time friend George, George had been the only one Besides Frank who has backed him in his troubled childhood. George had been caught up in issues with the Mexican drug cartel which had led to him and his family being brutally executed in their own home due not giving regular payments to the cartel because of the money that they owed. This led Tommy too seek an occupation in law enforcement as he wished to help stop people like the cartels who held families at ransom over small sums of money. In 2011 he finished in the academy and worked on the streets until 2013 when he was 21, at this point he enlisted in the Texas rangers. He served with the rangers working on several large cases up until 2019 when things began to break down.
When the outbreak struck, Tommy tried Frank's phone over and over again - the pair having argued the night before about Tommy's potential transfer . After nine missed calls as well as a fleet of text messages, Tommy loaded up in his car - speeding through the chaotic suburbs to Frank's house. Once he arrived, he was greeted by his older brother and his niece, Sarah - the former of which was covered in blood. "It ain't mine." Frank insisted as the trio loaded up into the older brother's truck, driving through the suburbs in an attempt to get out of the city. Along the way, however, they were t-boned by a vehicle that Frank had failed to spot - the truck flipping. Sarah was the first to come to, waking Frank up - who then proceeded to wake Tommy. The pair kicked out the shattered windshield, crawling through the broken glass in a frantic attempt to escape the mangled metal coffin they had found themselves in. Frank got his daughter out of the car with Tommy's assistance - discovering soon that her leg was broken, and Frank would have to carry her. There wasn't much time for discussion, however, as the trio were forced to join a mob of fleeing survivors in an effort to escape the horde that had sprung up on them.
Eventually, they got out of the city - a passing family taking pity on them, letting the trio ride in their station wagon. Once they got further away, the family dropped them off - they themselves headed to Utah, to find family. Frank, Tommy and Sarah were on foot for hours before they came across an abandoned vehicle - the previous occupants nowhere to be seen. Sarah was loaded into the back seat, Tommy climbing in shotgun as Frank started the vehicle up. And, at that moment, the previous occupants shuffled out of the treeline - or, well, what was left of them.
As they sped off down the highway, vehicles passed them in either direction - to the three, however, anywhere could have been the destination - as long as it was far away from here.
