At 23, Was brought to the attention of Room 39 after salvaging a failed raid on a ROKA DMZ Outpost, securing intelligence and material. Was quickly pulled from Army Service and inducted into the dealings of Room 39.
Believed to have been behind several cybernetic bank robberies on Oceanic States, as well as human trafficking, arms dealing, smuggling and several drug rings that have formed in recent years, as well as others we have yet to gain confirmation.
