Personality
Chaotic Neutral. He's looking out for number one, most of the time and keeping an eye out to better improve his situation. Dusty tends to shy away from people and keeps to himself as best he can. He's typically of the notion speed and stealth will get him through whatever problems lay ahead, meaning he packs light and keeps quiet. Dusty can be considered by most as the 'Quiet one' in junction with his muteness.
When able while having to communicate with people he'll stick to nods and simple gestures. When called for he'll bust out his notepad in order to better communicate.
Character Motivations
Dusty strives to make a living for himself, learning as much as he can and expanding upon his grandparents property from the patch of wilderness that it is.
Physical Appearance
Dusty's a 5'9 lanky individual with a lean body type. His head is typically buzzed extremely short coupled with dull blue eyes. He typically wears a dark green pancho along with an old surplus gasmask that he had gotten a few years prior.

Biography
Dustin Moore was born June, third, 1992 to a small family farm in central Kentucky. He had as normal of a childhood as one could have while being born unable to speak due to missing vocal cords. His parents pawned him off on his grandparents not long after the third grade. Not being able to speak made school difficult to him but he came to grasp the english language well enough to sign or write notes.
Dustin spent most of his free time enjoying the outdoors and when possible going to boy scouts. His grandpa was one of the scout masters teaching them how to fish, make small snare traps, how to read a map, and other useful camping tips. His grandma making sure he knew how to take care of himself like washing clothes and basic sewing. Once he was in highschool his grandpa started to teach him how to handle guns and took him hunting yearly.
At this point Dustin got a job working at a warehouse helping load delivery trucks. Trying to bring in enough money to take care of his grandparents, with their declining health. Unfortunately both passed in an accident while on a vacation to Iowa. Leaving Dusty to take care of himself at 19. He’d inherited their land and a small sum of money, that they set aside for him when the worst happened to the two old people.
At that point the young man became a shut in having bought an RV, his grandpa’s revolver, and hopefully enough alcohol to make any bar sick with envy. Some days working to live off the land from what he could fish from a nearby lake or catch with a snare. Durring his time of solitude he started to wear a dark green cloak and eventually to help hide the smell of his trailer started to wear a gasmask. Soon rarely taking that off as well.
All oblivious to the world slowly crashing down around him. Perhaps he should head into town and get some cleaning supplies...
