Klein is very internally combative, and usually overthinks most problems that come to him, leading him to sometimes produce illogical solutions. As for his morals, he usually will attempts to justify anything he does as for the betterment of society, even if it ultimately only serves himself. He can seem to drastically change personality depending on the situation, becoming confident and self-righteous, usually when things suit how he "expects" them too. Otherwise he is nervous and irritable. When interacting with others, he will usually subconsciously try and assert dominance over others, even in small ways.
Character Motivations
Klein's main motivation is to have as much control over his situation as he can. Or, to at least feel as much as possible that he does.
Physical Appearance
Klein is a young white man with blue eyes, short brown hair and usually a clean shave. He has a "baby-face" of sorts, which isn't helped by his short stature. He stands at 5"4, and weighs about 150 lbs.

Biography
Klein Moretti was born and raised in Muldraugh Kentucky, to a typical white christian, ever-so slightly racist nuclear family, as the youngest child out of 2. Through-out his childhood he was typically seen as an annoying know-it-all, which led him to becoming much more introverted, but he still made some good friends who tolerated him. As he grew up into his teen years, He discovered one of his brothers, Otto, was in fact, gay, and hiding it from parents this whole time. Although his brother had not mistreated him, Klein felt as if had, which led him to use this fact to blackmail him into doing all sorts of things.
Eventually, this led him to breaking out of his introverted shell and becoming more self-confident, talking more often in school and noticeable academic improvement throughout his school years. Klein put in a lot of effort in order to obtain any sort of leadership positions he could, even simple titular ones, in order to support his ego. Meanwhile, his brother slowly became more unstable, And despite their bad past, Klein came to have a good relationship and genuine support with his older brother, no longer needing to depend on him for self-affirmation. However, a year after smoothly graduating from high school, his brother committed suicide by jumping into a train. Despite all contrary evidence, Klein refused to believe this was a suicide, and insisted it was a murder. After realizing this would only earn him contempt, he came to silently endure it. This was the main factor that had him decide to become a police officer out of his own sense of justice... Or so he says, but also because he had been considering it for a while.
Eventually, Klein managed to make it into the force. And luckily for him, he fit in very well. At the office, he usually came off as diligent and friendly, with a strong sense of justice. However, while on the beat, He simply relished the feeling of having influence over others, even while doing the bare minimum to enforce it, others seemed to equally fear and respect him (From his perspective, at the very least). However as time passed , his initial enthusiasm faded, as he came to be more combative within his own station. Despite this, he managed to skim by without much incident. Just As things were staring to look bad for his position in the office, a miracle happened for him. A disaster. Initially, he pays little attention to the global news about the epidemic. However, when it reached the point where people around him were beginning to panic, he reveled supporting everyone as a pillar of strength in a time of need, appearing more trustworthy than ever. However, this situation did not last long, as eventually the whole station started collapsing internally as they struggled to keep the peace. In this time period, he managed to grasp the promotion he had been aiming for the past years. Until the whole station collapses internally only days later.
