Kind hearted and enjoys the simple things in life, he also suffers from autisme making it difficult at first to meet new people and gets stressed in dangerous situation.
Character Motivations
Finding his friend Jacky cause he is worried about her as well as finding a Toy Store so He Can give Her something as well.
Finding people who are willing to help him. He wouldn't mind getting some help to survive and Find Jacky and eventually get to help these people in any ways possible. He also trives to do good around the world He now lives in making sure that respect and the morals of Society don't fade away
Physical Appearance
He wears casual cloths (mostly shirts whit pictures on them and his shirt might hang more to the left or right), he wears a bright cap over his long dark brown hair there also would be some minor facial hair growing. he is Tall but skinny

Biography
-Decaan was born healthy in Utah Hospital the doctors did discover he had mild dose of Autsime that would affect his life in the coming years so his Parents made decided not to put to much stress on him so they move to Wespoint to a small town where it wasn't took crowded for him. In his childhood he was often bullied by the other children due to his mental disability but Jacky was Always there to stand up for him sins she was bullied for the color of her skin. He loved working around the garden back home planting potatoes, tomatoes and other vegetables. He also payed attention to detail making sure everything in his room and around the house was placed orderly. If it wasn't this would upset him. When ever some of someone needed help like his parents , teacher or kind classmates needed help he was there to help a hand. Playing whit toys was his second relaxing state besides gardening.
-In his adult life he still kept on gardening and playing whit toys sins this kept the stress of the bully's off him, but Jacky was Always there to help him when he got picked on. Things took a turn for the worse however when Jacky got a boyfriends named Jackson who Always said she shouden't be around Decaan cause this made Jacky look bad. Things went downhill from there sins the relation between Decaan and Jacky had changed, one time Decaan spoke about this to Jacky and she couldent help but to feel sorry for him and apologies to him giving him a kiss on the cheek and making it up, but Jackson had seen this. Later that evening while Decaan was doing some garden work Jackson and some of his friends climbed over the fence of Decaans home and began to haras him, punshes and kicks where thrown as Jackson grabbed hold of Decaan by the neck and dragged him trou his garden as he insulted him while doing so. This all ended when Jackson fel the wooden part of a rake hit him on the back of the head. Its was Jacky and she had enough of seen what was going on, she kept on beating jackson whit the wooden part of the rake until Jackson and His friends made a run for it Climbing over the fence. Later that evening Jacky fixed Decaan up by cleaning some of the wounds on his body, she took Him to his room where He started playing whit His toys. Jacky felt sorry for Him and knew he was in deep chock of what happend. She told him if he didn't want to go camping so Decaan got up immediately and took the necessities for that. Decaan sat on the backseat of Jackys motorcycle and the two went off to a place in the forest where no one would bother them for a while.
-He and Jacky went out camping to get away from the unpleasant smell surrounding Westpoint. When they wanted to get back to there home they saw a large crowd of people fleeing the area. They both made a run for it as well and encoutered two other people along the road in there car. Jess and Micheal. They had problems whit there car but Michael knew there was a Gas Station down the road. The four of them made there way to a gas station where Decaan got a teddy bear from Jacky so he didn't feel to afraid anymore. They heard a car stop outside the Gas station and Jacky told Decaan to hide in the Janitor's closet. He heard allot of gunshots and the screams of his friends, he could not bear it anymore and wanted to check things out. He found the dead body's of Jess and Micheal but not Jacky, he heard her scream so he ran outside seen the van of the bad guys leaving. He took a baseball bat, some supplies and the Tedy bear jacky gave him and went out to find the bad guys who took jacky and to rescue her.
