Biography
Sylvester was born on June 5th, 1990 alongside his twin sister in Baltimore, Maryland. His childhood was as average as most are, full of family memories different outings that he and his family went on. It was around the time he entered the viable age to be put in public school that he and his sister started suffering from bullying. Sylvester acted as the guardian of the pair, protecting his sister at every turn. The two had an unsurprisingly close connection, given their status as twins. If Sylvester was there, his sister Sylvia probably was too. The pair, despite their problems in school both, received very good grades and were relatively intelligent for their ages, putting a lot of focus onto their school-work over messing around with the few friends they had. By the time the pair entered second grade, both had an interest in sports. Sylvester started playing for the school’s basketball team, while Sylvia played soccer borderline religiously. Where Sylvia succeeded, Sylvester failed. Despite how well his sister adjusted to her sport, he was unable to achieve the same success. This frustrated him deeply and gradually led to a deeply embroiled sibling rivalry between the two, despite how much they loved and cared for one another.
At an early age, Sylvester discovered what he wanted to do with his life when he was older. It wasn’t uncommon for him to witness crimes and hear all about it from his father who had hung around a rougher crowd of people. It was during a DARE outreach event at his school that he spoke to an officer who inspired him to follow a career path based on law and order, that isn’t to say he didn’t find his own degree of enthusiasm from watching gratuitous police shows on television and formed his own idyllic vision of what life as an officer would actually be. In his mind, it was exactly what you saw on television, a hero of the people who found themselves in daily gun battles, a true real-life superhero. His mother never was keen on the idea and always tried to encourage him to follow a different path, suggesting that he should go to medical school when he was older and become a doctor, but that lifestyle never suited him. At heart, Sylvester was always a thrill-seeker who loved the adrenaline of a physical challenge that not many could actually overcome, some would even claim he was a deep-rooted perfectionist at heart, always beating himself to reach the next level.
As it is for most teenagers, high school was complete and utter hell for Sylvester. Every day was agony, going to lessons that hardly interested him, listening to the non-stop gossip from other disinterested teenagers who were more interested in making someone else suffer more than them for about ten to fifteen minutes and dealing with the horrors that every teen faces. Acne, hormones, and self-doubt. As hellish as it was for him, Sylvester had a number of good memories mixed in - such as when he lost his virginity to Charlene James, a cheerleader who was crushing on him at the time, the first time he smoked marijuana, and many of the parties he attended with his close-knit group of friends. Sylvester managed to keep up with his grades while maintaining a decent social life and by the time graduation rolled around, he was already sending in applications to the colleges he felt would best further him in life. It was one of the happiest moments of his life when he finally received an acceptance letter from Bellarmine University.
College was a whole different beast. It was where Sylvester started to fit into his own skin, as some would say. He attended a whole host of parties and found a new clique of close friends, Rafael and Cooper were avid party-goers. Despite the clash in personalities, the four found common ground in their interests in gaming, weed, and generally just chilling out. Sylvester ended up cultivating and selling his own marijuana products alongside a group of friends and has become a noted dealer who has had plenty of run-ins with Campus PD - but he is known for being reliable in smuggling alcohol and light drugs on-campus for other students.
