Jorge is a carefree burnout. The man is generally relaxed, laid-back, and cooool guy. At least, he thinks he's cool. In reality, while he is relaxed, the man has a short temper when in a stressful situation.
Unless, that is, he's high. And that's often. The man is a definite pothead, and has been arrested for possession once. Since then he's wised up, and gotten much harder to bust for it. Also enjoys watching movies and listening to music while on LSD, or if he's lucky, psycobillin mushrooms. Occasionally stuff like MDMA too.
If there are people who are similarly into such substances, they likely know him as a solid dude who can hook them up with light stuff, so long as he trusts and or likes them.
Physical Appearance
Bit of a gangly man who often undereats, and it shows. Blond hair, usually long. Brown eyes and plainly Caucasian skin. Usually wearing a vacant stare or dumb smile, depending on if he's working or high.

Biography
Born in 1980, Louisville, Jorge's life is pretty much a waste. Neither of his parents did an exceptional job raising him, and he never saw a reason to excel much in school; he preferred playing games and hanging with friends. Alcohol quickly became a happy pastime for him, and his friend-group introduced him to marijuana, which he took to with speed.
He failed High School, and went right into the workforce as a warehouse worker. He picked up plenty of jobs, all low wage (most of those wages going towards drugs and parties and other such fun things), and kept this up until he was in his mid-20s. At which point he got busted at a party he fell asleep at when cops came in. Got a relatively light sentence for having a bag of weed on him, but still solid. He got through prison more or less intact, and picked up a few craft skills along the way with the few prisoner work programs available.
Moving back out into the workforce, he became much craftier with his practices, and even took up the occasional courier job with some of the friends he'd met in prison, but also been working in progressively better paying real jobs.
With his record spotless since the drug possession arrest, his most recent place of employment has been at Bellarmine University. Personally, he likes it there. He keeps his nose clean, and does a good job with his assorted skills. He does light electrical jobs, works on plumbing, and maintains the interior and exterior of the campus (he likely lives on or near campus, depending on if the school has long-term housing for groundskeeper and if they want him there). Most of the other workers are chill, and plenty of the students are pretty alright too. Plus, the place itself is pretty.
Despite everything that's been going on, he's still acting cool about it. Personally, he thinks it'll all blow over soon, cause "These things always do", and that's his pot-fueled burnout self talking. No worries, just a nice high. Though he is getting a tad anxious, since his dealers have been seemingly more and more distant...
This utterly ignorant view of the situation is also likely why he's one of the few, if not only, workers still actively maintaining the campus. That and he always needs the cash.
