Heather was born into a wealthy family, she was always given everything needed by her father. Growing up she knew she was 'it', and thanks to good genes she was all natural. She didn't need to do good in school, dad could easily cover the finances of college, Heather isn't dumb but it isn't worth her time. In high school she was popular, and she used that to control others into doing what she needs done, be it manipulation or money.
