Prior to the Apocalypse, William was a reserved man, not someone to outwardly wear his emotional scars. Because of this, he has issues opening up to people and connecting emotionally.
Character Motivations
At the moment, he was planning to enroll in ASU with his GI benefits, however, he wanted to work and save some money prior to doing so. However, at this point in his story, all he wants to do was get away and find some sort of safety from the infected.
Physical Appearance
William is about 6ft 1in tall, and has light brown skin. He has mid length brown hair and facial features that suggest a mixed European and Native American ancestor.

Biography
William Redeagle was born in Chinle, Arizona on September 9th, 1985. Though both his parents were tribal members, his blood quantum is 5/8th Navajo, with his Paternal Grandmother being of Scottish decent, and his Maternal Great- Grandfather (presumably) being of European decent.
Growing up was hard on William. The Navajo nation was extremely impoverished, and despite the fact William was more well off, he still came to resent it, to an extent. William did however, look up to his father James Redeagle, a community leader and Arizona State Senator. In his youth, James was an active member of AIM. After having William, he decided to settle down, and eventually was elected to the State Senate in 1992. James made sure to teach William about respect for those less fortunate, and of the traditions of the Navajo People. William tried to take these to heart, but still came to resent his very community.
When William turned 18 in 2004, he decided to join the US Army, despite his parents objections, wanting him to go to college. William just wanted to get off the reservation, out of Arizona and to see the world. The army seemed like his best option.
William was deployed to Afganistan in 2006 to begin a two year tour as an infantryman. His first tour went well, and he was deployed again to active duty in 2009 for his second tour in Afganistan. However, during this tour, both his parents died in a car accident, and he was unable to make the funeral. This second tour also marked the first few times he had to actually kill someone, however, he didn't let his disturbed nature show after this.
When William returned home in 2012, he couldn't really go back to Chinle. He rented a home in Phoenix, and a friend refereed him to a private security company that actively hired ex-military.
