Cooper is generally a laid back, fun loving business man. Some would call him roguish, while others would just call him an asshole. He enjoys playing pranks on people, playing the fool other times and sometimes playing the older brother/maiden rescuer type. He runs his business with a firm grip followed by a gentle pat on the back and a hug.
Character Motivations
Cooper just wants help carve out a relatively peaceful portion of the world when folks can try to get back to life. Maybe not quite like they knew it before, but at least a place with a modicum of civility, and a whole heaping dose of Wild West. If the rules were to get too strict, then his fun and business would suffer.... something that he cannot abide.

Typically has beard scruff on his face, broken up by a couple of light scars on his cheeks and nose.

He's in fit athletic shape, and tends to play up his part in the apocalypse by wearing flashy, but tasteful, various bits and bobs of clothing.

Cooper buys Adult Entertainment Center (strip club). Cooper cares and helps town when he can. Cooper like bewbies.
