In most forms of media, Conrad Miller is what you would refer to as a background character.
He doesn't give much away on the surface, avoids stepping into the limelight, and more often than not only voices his viewpoint on the happenings in his group if approached and asked directly. In times of crisis, Conrad will show his loyalty to his friends and fellow residents of Monroe by sticking with them until the end as he has come to view the community as his home. Additionally, Conrad prefers personal freedoms and respect laid to them from his leaders. He will usually lend his loyalty to those who have the same viewpoint.
Character Motivations
His primary goal is to live as normal of a life as possible and ensure the survival of Monroe and its independence.
Physical Appearance
Standing at six-foot-one, Conrad is an approachable but quiet working-man. He is built averagely, with some muscles from years of physical labor and exhausting travel in the current state of the world, his face is clean but shows past damage with a few faded scars, and is slick bald with a black goatee. He is usually seen wearing clothing that would be considered practical.

Biography
Born in Charleston, South Carolina, Conrad lived what most would call an average childhood in a predominantly white neighborhood with his three brothers and two sisters with whom he got along well with. He did averagely in school, and even more averagely in college. He never married, and instead focused on his career path as a member of the zoning department. When the outbreak hit, he was thrust from group-to-group for the first few years and managed to keep himself alive by avoiding stepping up into what some call "the fold". You see, Conrad started to notice something as familiar faces dropped around him, the less you voice your opinion, the more you blend in with the larger crowd, the less of a chance you have of being the one to catch a bullet. He survived on this principle alone for the next twelve years as groups fell around him. The latest, and hopefully last group he has fallen in with is Monroe, who he found and joined up with at its earliest form under Martin Hyung. Conrad has remained faithful in the group, but even now chooses to keep his distance from the politics and instead fills his days with work, from acting as one of the bartenders for The Whiskey Rose and working as an active member of one of the scouting teams.

Conrad is a member of one of the scouting teams and as a bartender for The Whiskey Rose in Monroe, he has no real importance to the faction and serves simply as another able-body, and is more than content in that role.
(I'm playing Conrad as a background character for Monroe. I won't be as active on him as I intend to be on my other characters, in these times he is gone, he will be on scouting missions.)
