Coming from a rather well-off city-based community in New York, the environment Corrine is used to means that she struggles without her creature comforts. She is like a fish out of water in The Barrens, which amplifies her determination and ambition to return home and see her friends again. She is generally a pleasant person to be around, though she is known to get a little prickly when pushed. She often finds it hard not to speak up when something is bothering her, even when it would be better for her to keep quiet.
Character Motivations
Corrine is determined to return to her community in New York and is looking for help fixing up her car and getting back on the road. She is open to making friends, but she is set on the idea of getting home some day.
Physical Appearance
Corrine is a small built, olive skinned woman with wavy brown hair and small brown eyes. Her facial features are sharp and angular. She has a mole below her left eye. Standing at 5"4, she doesn't appear to be particularly threatening.

Corrine Reyes was born and raised in Texas, with parents who moved to Texas for work in the oil and gas industry. Her parents were wealthy, and as their only child she was rather spoiled by both parents. After all, they had experienced hardship when they were growing up and didn't want their child to miss out on anything. Corrine was in New England at college during the early days of the outbreak, so she never found out what happened to her parents and her college friends became family to her. They survived in various groups and camps together for the first few years of the outbreak, until they ultimately became part of a large settlement in New York city itself.
Corrine was in the area of The Barrens on a long expedition with her group when she took a wrong turn to their rendez-vous point and suddenly became lost. She is stopping by town to get her car repaired and rest up before leaving on the long expedition back to New York alone. Will she find something to keep her in town?
