Character Motivations
Bill Bobbins was a Chef before everything went to hell. The only drive that keeps him going is survival and a will to live. Wandering the Town scavenging what little remains from the remits of Monroe County. He is not quick to trust others, seeing others fight tooth and nails for a scrap of bread or a can of beans. Even seeing people fight for what little can be found, he is willing to help those who need it, but will not sacrifice himself if things get real hairy. His real game plan is to hide.move.survive

Bill Bobbins is not young anymore. he balding on the top of his head, black hair around his sides of his head sorta like cpt.Picard. he shaves to keep a goatee on his face. he carries around a beer belly and is a tall individual.

Biography
Bill Bobbins was chef before everything went to hell. He was new to the area coming from the big city. young and ambitious from culinary school. He looked for work in Monroe County, before settling down in a small town. After months of establishing himself with his job and town, news reports of a sweeping illness killing people and coming back from the dead. when the government mandated a nation wide curfew, Bill hid in his home for weeks, listening to the chaos of the world from his house before food ran low and he need to search the surrounding area.
He was terrified to see the undead horror, but more frightened of the people who remained fighting and killing for what little scraps were left, seeing factions and militias rise and fall. Bill stayed far from those who wanted power only dealing in trade when he needed to.
