What's going on really? Kay kinda knows what's up but he doesn't really know what's up but then again who does know, what's up?
Kay is a strong dude. You know, some people just received gifts by nature, he never sought to make any egotistic use of it, but if you need a tree out of the road, Kay will be the one lifting the tip of it, you help out. People just seem to fear him sometimes for no other reason of shear visceral reaction. You're ok relax.
"Who would like to be alone in a cabin in the wood alone without water...?" said the teacher one day, and only one hand rose very slowly across the classroom, it was Kayleb..
All bets are off Kay is in a post-apocalyptic transitional state of mind ffs but all bets weren't ok before so some of it might turn out good? Maybe??

Physical Appearance
Stocky, large but not very tall. His demeanor seem to come more from dwarfism than gigantism. Maybe a weird mix of it all..
He's lived all his life in the continental weather of North America so -40? I'm using the grill B.. Too cold in winter too hot in summer... The body sustains a climatic range of temperature of more than 80 degrees every year. Has to count for fortitude. Can't blame him for having such a thick skin. MEAT.
Surprisingly fast reflexes for such pounds is the selling point.

Kayleb Maher, Kay was just looking to avoid any strong bounds before the first lock downs started appearing and the subsequent Meltdown of modern society caused by, madness. We call it the virus, we call it the wrath of a vengeful God, but it was madness, at least Kay thinks so..
He was doing so because he knew if any chance of redemption at this life, he would be doing so in the shadows of a forest, not as his daily occupation of fixing vending machines.
If you were to find Kay's file, or at least a portion of it told from the perspective of a servant of that once great society, you would call HIM mad. Among the adjectives you would read, washout, sketchy, criminal even on some occasions; but he was just a pot grower...
His father didn't left him much, a cat and a passion for marijuana, as they call it, THEY. They, him and his father called it wine, tomatoes, delicate herbs our ancestors once sailed through the impossible to get a hold of because, what else is there, but spices??? The plant deserved more respect than this, this plant could save you, could save us all, he said...
Put aside the washout he was and, unable to forgo the basic of morality to be truly successful in his niche, his, inheritance, the last entry to that file would be survivor.
He did spent time outdoor, he did went by without much... this is indeed, a new world.
