Title: Username isn't working
Character Name: Mary-Ann ONeil

My account username I was given isn't working. I'm being told that "unknown account username given."

Can someone look into this?

Firstly: I loved Amy Carter in the first part of WWB.
Secondly: I'm checking this right now, might be a whitelisting issue.

1. Thanks, I was debating if I should revive her after Charlotte died, but then decided on someone I had kicking around in the good ol' Character concepts folder. I did want to say that the last anyone heard from Amy (Rebecca in this case) was that she was going to continue to California.

2. Thanks Jack, I appriciate it

I don't know if you ever solved this. Like I said in your application, I rewhitelisted you. Hopefully you can login now.

Thanks, I'll try rwconnecting once I get out of bed.

I'm still having issues...

Could you whitelist me at "Mary Ann ONeil" and see if that works? I wonder if the hypen is causing issues

Yen was whitelisted as Yen-Khae Lange so it shouldn't, but we can try. I'll go ahead and do it and you can try logging back in.

Yeah, still not working. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong on my end or?

I definitely whitelisted you correctly, so you must be. Are you entering your password as "countryroad" with no spaces or caps? Same with the username.

I can try again?

I initially copy+pasted the password exactly how it was written.

I rewhitelisted you again. 100 sure this time. Try again? Use Mary-Ann ONeil.

I don't want to Jinx it, but I think its working.

I'm in.

Thanks Pika.

No problem!!
