Before this wave of dead hit the city, I was a chef, Boy do I love to eat. I love to cook people uh... Cook for people. I make them laugh with nice wine and Stuff their bellies with a delicious meal and let them relax and marinate, mmmhhhh I can almost taste them... Oh yeah forgot to mention. Being away from meat for so long has made me alittle crazy. Fresh Flesh is like a drug... What can I say? Im an addict.

Character Motivations
Twisted thoughts to cook for people amazing food only to give their meat seasoning. Vinny has lost his mond completely yet hes a very handsome man and is easy to talk to. He wants to lure people into his home and feed them ONE LAST MEAL. A very good meal. One that makes the apocalypse a little less shitty.

Physical Appearance
Vinny Has olive skin, A big nose with red veins on the sides. Dark brown Eyes with very bushy eyebrows, He wears a crucifix with a platinum chain. A dark choppy beard with a bald spot on the back of his head. He always covers the bald spot with a hair net.

Biography
Vinny was a Chef. Vinny made people Laugh, People feel bad for him, people gave him things because everyone loved Vinny. But Vinny had one true love. Food. Its food that keeps Vinny alive. Food is what makes Vinny such a nice person. Since the outbreak Vinny has been stuck eating disgusting canned foods and moldy breads. But one night Vinny met a stranger who caught a rat. The stranger asked for some of Vinnys canned potatoes to make rabbit stew. Vinny frantic to eat some actual meat he quickly handed over his potatoes without question. The man smiled and began to cook.
With the rat roasting over the fire above a boiling can of potatoes. Vinny and this mans mouths watered as they waited for the meal to be finished. As the fire began to simmer the rat was nice and charred, the potatoes creamy with the right amount of pepper and salt to help explode your taste buds. Vinny grabs two plates from the cupboard and starts to dish out his meal he has made for the man. "Wait one sec before you eat." Vinny says to the man as he is reaching in his pocket.
Vinny pulls out a little baggy no bigger then one inch long. Inside he has a special spice his mama MIA made before the outbreak. "With just a pinch you will feel like your in Italy dancing and forgetting about all of this mess". Vinny smiling at the bag he looks over at the stranger. "Would you like some?" Vinny asked while holding the bag with two fingers looking at the man. The man smiles. " Oh boy sure do I! " Vinny Pinches the salt over the top of the food and winks at the man saying Enjoy.
An Hour has passed since they have eaten. Vinny Still hungry he looks over at the stranger. Hes facedown in the couch knocked out from the sedatives in Mama Mia's "Special Spice" Vinny has spent the last hour sharpening his families heir loom. An 8' Damascus Blade Hand Crafted from His Great Great Great Uncle. The blade has been in their family for over 300 years. Standing up he kicks the stranger in the side of the ribcage. No response. Vinny then grabs his duct tape and begins to tie this mans hands together.
Vinny breaks into a sweat as his conscious is killing him. He hates this part but his love for well cooked meals makes every last cut worth it. After Vinny has cut his very generous portion of this mans right leg he gently grabs the plastic wrap and covers his steak and places it to the side. He has a long night ahead of him. Vinny careful finishes striping this man alive of all his muscles cutting no fatal veins. He wants the meat as fresh as he can get it. Usually cutting towards the neck area the victims wake in sheer pain and terror. Knowing his time is up he says thank you for your beautiful and clean meat. I will never forget this. He smiles and looks the stranger in the eyes. With a blank stare the stranger accepts his tale and closes his eyes.
Vinny takes his very sharp blade and cuts right thru the mans throat. After Finishing up Vinny can make this meat last for months. With a homemade smoker he has made. All the meat cut from this poor individual, will be hung and dried for jerky. Wastelands Jerky is what vinny calls it. Vinny is happy and it should hold him over, For now.

So for the past 13 years vinny has managed to stay low under the radar and not be seen. Lure people into his home. have them stay and get comfortable. creating a trusting relationship. One night a group of raiders Busted thru his front door. Bags of Wasteland jerky everywhere. The raiders quickly grab Vinny and bring him to the HQ with all of the jerky. "The Raider Boss wants you to make more and he insist on knowing the recipe." Vinny barters with the man and promises to make him more if he can live safety with the raiders and not be bothered. He will cook meals for staff and go on food runs. So for the last year Vinny has creeped around the raiders feeding them and keeping his secret to himself.
