Title: Regarding Henry's retirement
Character Name: Henry Patton
Good morning, I am here to make a little request and announce the way I am retiring this character in both alternatives - request accepted or denied:
1. The request: My request is rather simple actually and I know the staff team must be kinda tired of listening to it - especially MG, sorry! - but thats why I am submitting this to a ticket, cause is the last time and I want to make sure I am heard. The request is to give Henry his kids and make a post about it ( example: Someone inside Monroe helped them sneak out of town and reunite them with Henry, they caught radio feed from him and decided to go outside of Monroe and radio him once outside, etc. The possibilites are a few. ). I consider this to not have a great impact in the lore and to be a mundane thing that be simply conceded to improve a rather poor end for a - I want to believe - noticeable character.
Now, I know they might be dead IC by now or jailed, or God knows where or in which condition. Right now, Henry thinks they are already dead so I would like to ooc know if they are or not. It won't change the out of Henry in any way if the request is denied so this is just wanting to know personally.
2. The paths: I will begin with the "bad ending" you could say. Henry is out of hopes and defeat, only having Brianna left by his side. Giving his child for dead he will just radio a trustworthy ranger, pass them all the information about Brighton ( location, radio frequencies, name and aspect of the leaders, name of the agents in Monroe, offensive and defensive capabilities of Brighton, population, supply routes, anything that can help hit them and ultimately destroy them). This information would be given in exchange for a safeconduit into CPF territory - like FBI witness protection program. New life, new names, new home, etc. And that woul be it, that would be Henry done.
The happy ending doesn't vary much. Its pretty much the same but with the kids and a happier mood pretty much but it would mean a lot to complete Henry's personal arc and not fail at the very end ( which would be a great mood killer overall for me ).
3. On a personal note, I am trying to push this so everyone can have an easy solution to this mess. This is not how I planned things to be or go but this is where we are and I sincerely don't have the mood or will to play this character much more, so might at least make his retirement helpful for your work in the server.
