Has this character appeared in a previous lore?
No
Age
54
Blood Type
B Positive
Personality
Ray's goal, as simply as it is, is to try to live as normal of a life as he can compared to his pre collapse self. How much he is able to do so is up to debate, but he has been adjusted to the new normal, since it feels closer to normal than anything he's ever done in the last 10 years.
Character Motivations
A lot of Raymond's motivation is gone, and he simply puts on a face to get him though the day. He's goal is to basically achieve his own sense of normalcy. A lot of people under his wing, specifically, the journalists he employs feels a bit more passion than he does, but Raymond mostly doesn't want to get on anyone's bad side, in that case. Raymond follows orders, for the most part.
Physical Appearance
The years for Raymond have not be too kind. His face is rugged and weathered. His hair greying. His thick glasses can barely contain his eyebags. His business outfit could use some works, due to the patch he wears on his coat.

Biography
Raymond was born in Boise, Idaho in 1974. He graduated with a degree in communications from the University of Oregon in 1994, and he got a job as a television news reporter at WPRI in Providence, Massachusetts. He worked his way up at the station, and eventually became the evening News Anchor in 2007.
During the collapse, Raymond and a crew from WPRI remained broadcasting until the power went out in downtown Providence, before what remained of the skeleton crew; his producer Cheryl Weatherford, a cameraman named David Blane and an intern named Sarah Hanning, took the News Chopper out of the city to the country side.
Sadly not finding any malls, the group eventually moved over land and sort of stuck together over the years with other groups, eventually when Raymond and the group generally mixed in with the residents of Pittsford.
A few years however, Raymond was approached with an offer to run a radio station out of the old WXXI studio. What he didn't know at the time, and still mostly doesn't know now, that this was a project at the behest of the OSI to expand CPF influence.
WXXI is a seemingly independent radio station, on paper run by Raymond and funded by the CPF Executive Council via a grant for the arts, but the CPF has a vested interest in keeping the station online, as long as it keeps touting the OSI line, which Raymond seems more than happy too for now.
Would you like your character to start with any items?
Money. A bit of money, maybe 10000c or so, to pay wages to his employees, bodyguards if needed, though their salaries are mostly paid in part by the CPF (and OSI), who sponsor this station. I would like to set up revenue streams IC through advertising on the station.
The Radio Station. I would carry it out over /all, but will also make an attempt to post transcripts on the forums. I will put in weekly lore authorizations under "Important Events in the CPF/Barrens" for things that Raymond and WXXI would ICly know, along with any stipulations (Like, if CPF asked that we don't report on it. After all, they put up most of the funds for the station.
Would you like your character to start with any skills?
Some minor points in blunt maintenance, accuracy as well as aiming to represent scavenging over the years, yet, not to intensively.
Is your character a member of a group?
Yes
Is your character a member of one of the world factions?
C.P.F.
Please detail your position within the faction, as well as your reason for being in The Barrens.
They have a radio studio that is technically within CPF Jurisdiction. I will likely have a radio studio towards to end of the map, with some NPCs and give some jurisdiction that it is under control of the CPF. I want to put it in the town "North" (Or in this case East) of Monroe.
