Title: Trade meeting - request for saturday event
Heya Pika and Mind,
Jouska and I had an idea for another additonal boon to Terry's campaign, as well as a possible way to get Doomsday more involved again (He's voiced frustration with the lack of activity, and I've DM'd with him and confirmed that he'd be interested in more involvement, so I'm trying to find avenues for that to happen).
Terry would like to set up a meeting with representatives from the Amish community and Bartertown. The purpose of the meeting would be to hear if these two communities are interested in a trade and production venture with Monroe if Terry wins the Minister post.
The idea would be this -The Amish community will make tools out of ores delivered by Monroe/Terry. Terry will offer something in exchange for this - maybe pharmaceuticals or something else the Amish might need that Monroe will be able to provide. Monroe/Terry will then sell the tools to Bartertown in exchange for something that Monroe needs.
This would also be a good way for Terry to establish relations with these communities, and hear of their hopes, wishes, wants and needs. If succesful, Terry will be able to use this trade and relations alliance as part of her campaign.
Additional attendees would be Kaari (she'll be there to explain the medical products Monroe would be able to offer in trade - she's developed them herself), and possibly Nikolai from Blackbear company (Terry wants to hire them to drive and protect the trade caravans - and she also needs to talk with him about helping with monster stuff, so it'd be a good opportunity to do that as well). I haven't spoken with Doom yet about this, but if we set up the meeting, I'll ask if he's able and willing to join. NPC's Alfred and Gerald will likely be there as well.
If it's possible to set this up, I request Saturday as the day we do it, as it's the only day I'll be available this week.
