Biography
Alfie is a member of the Dollfaces. They've called the Liberty District their home for years now, ever since they lost their parents at the age of 14 and stumbled upon Pittsford. They're known for being pretty aloof and overall not taking things very seriously. They're also Sid's friend because I say so. This is canon now. I think they'd get along haha.
The Dollfaces have essentially become Alfie's found family, and they're very content with where they're at in life right now. They're firmly on the side of the ICLF, even if they might not entirely understand all of the motivations behind the war.
After the events during Manhunt, Alfie has been lying low. Now they're infiltrating the KTE HQ with fellow members of the ICLF. Will their eccentric appearance immediately give them away as a Dollface? Who knows. They've still got a sick staff though.
