Age

Blood Type

Personality
Fairly composed and level-headed, he thinks he’s a better smooth talker than he really is, though he’s gotten the pair out of a few jams in his life. Despite going against the laws of settlements with his “occupation” he believes he’s simply providing people with what they want. That’s not to say there haven’t been some hiccups along the way, but he tries to avoid unnecessary bloodshed when possible. Otherwise when not conducting business, he enjoys simple pleasures in life and does yoga when the time allows, something he’s carried over from years even prior to the infection.
Character Motivations
Almost everything that Crispin does is to simply keep himself alive. This has extended more to Nellie over the years as well and the two have a close bond. With that in mind, he wishes to continue setting up smuggling operations into settlements or at the very least set up a scavenging operation to assist people in finding specific items in exchange for various goods, usually food or local currency.
Physical Appearance
Standing 6' 3" tall, and large with tan skin, Crispin has a respectable feel about him.
He has an oval face with a round chin, a bulbous nose, and narrow lips. His gray eyes are small and he has thinner eyebrows.
His dark brown hair is shoulder-length and slightly wavy.

Biography
Crispin was born in Colorado the son of a philosophy professor and financial advisor, his father and mother respectively. He was a very normal child growing up, while he obtained mostly A’s and a few B’s going through his schooling, he was certainly not in the top percentage of his fairly competitive class. After high school graduation, he attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, earning a degree in finance. Shortly after graduation and through the assistance of his school, he found a good introductory job in Vermont and moved there shortly after.
Three short years after living there, the virus came to surface. Living in the suburbs, Crispin took to laying low and moving from place to place, never staying in one area for too long if the infected population was too prevalent. After a few winters in the north, he decided that living in the harsh snow was becoming a very risky few months and headed south. Before reaching his destination however, he ended up running into a group of survivors that took him in despite initial warriness and hostility. It was here where he met Nellie and the two became friends over the years in the settlement. However, as all places do eventually, the place fell and the two barely scraped by the downfall by the skin of their teeth and turned to other options to keep themselves alive. Smuggling goods and at times even people into a nearby feuding settlement proved to be fairly profitable work for the two and they made friends and associates in both places. Tensions between the groups eventually boiled over and with it a lot more risk for the pair. After a few trips during this time, they quickly realized the heat was too much and not wanting to see their companions on both sides get killed during the war, decided to move onto new ventures in other areas. Since then, they've been wandering the surrounding areas without much success. Although they've found some profitable locations to squat for weeks, months, and rarely years at a time, none have had a stable setup like the original two colonies. They are continuing to seek a new solid place to set up, whether it be for another few weeks, months, or years.

Would you like your character to start with any skills?
A level or two in aiming and something in blade/blunt accuracy would be sensible for being this far in. Skills related to sneaking and running seem especially sensible for a smuggler, so maybe something in that? Foraging would also be sort of sensible this far in for most people. I don’t know what's the norm compared to others, honestly. Anything given around that area is fine.
